2. Use of the tools
The Provador tool is offered free of charge for informational purposes. Results are generated automatically using AI and do not constitute professional, financial or legal advice. The user is responsible for validating the information before making any investment decision.
3. Intellectual property
All site contents (text, trademarks, code, visual identity) are the property of PROVADOR or its licensors. Information submitted by the user in the tools remains the user's; the returned analysis may be stored and used anonymously to improve the service.
4. Professional services
Consulting and delivery services (Medidas, 6-Week Prova, Venture Partner, GTM Engine Sprint) are governed by a specific written contract, signed case by case, which prevails over these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROVADOR is not liable for decisions made based on the site content or the free tools. Liability in any paid service is limited under the applicable contract.
6. Misuse
It is prohibited to use the site or the tools for illegal activities, to submit misleading content, for intrusion attempts or for abnormal volumes of automated requests.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon.
