- Data you voluntarily submit in the contact form: name, company, role, email and message.
- Data you submit in the Provador tool: name, email, and information about your idea, product and market.
- Minimum technical data required for the site to work (browser, OS, language).
3. Purposes
Data is used solely to respond to your request, manage the resulting commercial relationship and improve the service. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on consent (forms) and on the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries.
5. Retention
We retain contact data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, and at most for 5 years after the last contact.
6. Subprocessors
We use third-party infrastructure for hosting and database (Cloudflare, Supabase). These providers process data only on our behalf under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
